Within 24 hours of you placing your order, I will email you asking for your high-quality photo.
Please make sure that your photo is in high resolution. High quality, uncropped photos work best. Please keep in mind that there is a small hole at the top of the ornament for the ribbon to go through. I will do my best to ensure that this does not interfere with the image itself. The higher quality of the photo, the better the results will be on your ornament!
Please note: The finished product colors may vary slightly from the colors of the preview design due to different monitors. Resin is scratch-resistant, natural wear may occur over time. Epoxy resin does create bubbles. Small bubbles in the ornament(s) are inevitable but makes each piece created unique.
It is estimated that you will receive your ornament within 2 to 3 weeks as these are all custom made-to-order pieces.
