Non-Clinical Art Therapy Groups
Art-making is a holistic practice that promotes overall wellness, resilience, and empowerment. It allows you to tap into your inner strength and resources, fostering personal growth and transformation.
Therapeutic art group services are not considered a mental health treatment. Within this scope of practice, I don't diagnose clients or work within the “medical model” system. Instead, I focus more on using the creative practice as a form of well-being and a tool for self-care. I integrate my teachings as an art therapist and artist to provide a unique and tailored group experience.
